I definitely think some people jump in way over their heads. They just don't know what they are getting themselves into and it really costs them in the end. You should really do a lot of homework before even attempting to flip and make sure you have plenty of money to do it with. Start out small, with a cheaper house and see how it goes. Don't bite off more than you can chew.
