This isn't exactly house flipping but look at these before and after pictures of these buildings and where they stood. This is amazing. If this can be done to these huge buildings, imagine what can be done to one small house!
These buildings were located on Charlotte Street in New York City's South Bronx. At one time these buildings were world famous for how terrible of shape they were in! Now in the same place is everything a person could want and more. Beautiful houses with nice lawns and so on. A major difference.
Before picture taken in 1975. They were basically just shells with broken brick and glass. And not to forget... not a safe place to be.
After picture. Now in the building's place are nice houses with well manicured lawns.
