Perfect Renovation Time

The family business where Rob works was in need of repair. The exterior of the building was damaged due to weather.

They were going to do it during the summer months, but decided to wait a little bit and glad that they did.

Now that the weather is just starting to turn, the prices of materials has started to come down and are alot cheaper.

You can see from the pictures that the building was in need of a make over, and now it is looking great!!

If building materials are going down, now would be the perfect time to get some of those house projects done that you have been putting off because of prices.

If time is still an issue then, its still a good time to make the purchase, then store the materials til time is found for completion.
