Default New Projects

It's kind of quiet here today. Thats unusual! But it got me to thinking that maybe everyone is busy with house flipping or home upgrades in their own houses.

Anyone got anything in the works right now?

I have just been cleaning my house. Literally, all day for two days now and I'm not done yet!!! I am only off from work every other weekend so believe me, the messes just pile up! It takes me a while to get things back to normal lol.

Other than cleaning my husband has been replacing the roof on our shed. It has needed replaced for a while and it just got to the point where tarring it wasn't enough. I am glad that at least is finally getting done. He keeps all of his tools in there and we keep the holiday decorations and the kid's bikes in there too so it's important that we keep it leak free!

Default Re: New Projects

I hear you there flip it fast. As soon as our summer storms and heat wave is gone here in the south, I have a lot of shed work to pursue.
Cleaning out sheds and repairing them shouldn't have to be done, but I've neglected them for a few years and now I have to get to work on them soon.

The rains have undermined and can destroy the footings of one of my sheds, so that's one thing to fix. And the lean to I added needs some work itself, as the water found its way under it a couple times during heavy downpours.

Every year I find some new project around or under the house that needs tending to, just have to get out there and get it done.
