Default New and improved home office.

We just finished putting down a new oak laminate (Pergo) floor in my home office, and to get this room ready for that installation took a good bit of time and a lot of hard work.

First I removed the other huge desk that took up most of one wall of my office ( and it didnt get put back) and by removing it, I had a lot of papers and so on in the drawers of that desk that needed to be dealt with. Then I took up the carpet and padding and disposed of it.

Everything was completely removed from this room, even the closet and the new floor installed.

Everything from all the drawers and the closet was stored temporairly in milk crates in my bedroom and I went through them all 4 times to rid my office of a lot of unnecessary clutter.

I also bought a set of shelves to be put in the closet that will hold bins of craft supplies, paper work and whatever else I may need to store in there.

Now that the work is all done and the new floor installed, I have a great looking, well organized work place and the new flooring will add to the value of our home if we ever decide to sell it.
