Default Leaky Roof!

It rained last night and at about 3:00 in the morning I felt something hitting me in the face. It was rain water dripping from my ceiling!

I was not a happy gal at all let me tell ya! There is nothing like waking up to rainwater splashing you on the face!

My husband luckily had some roof tar and so he patched it up. Hopefully it will do until Spring is here and he can then repair that section of the roof.

I'm telling you, if it's not one thing it's another. I cannot win for losing!

We would just do the repairs now if it weren't getting so close to Christmas time and all of the money that will consume!

Oh well I guess this is just life. This is how it goes. It will be all right. I think the tar will hold up one winter.

Default Re: Leaky Roof!

My husband used to work as a roofer and I asked him about your problem. He says that if the roofing tar is on there right that it should last the winter for you.

And my suggestion is that you move your bed in case it doesnt work or has caused damage to your drywall that may cause it to fall. That would be a really dangerous situation, so be on the safe side and move your bed.
