Default Icicle Hazards

One thing everyone has to worry about right now is icicles hanging off the houses and out buildings.

These are a hazard that most people tend to ignore, but shouldn't. The best way to deal with these hazards is to simply break them off with the use of a shovel, broom or anything else that would allow you to reach them while keeping a safe distance.

I know the gutter system at my old man's house needs to be replaced. He is missing a section and now there is always some large icicles hanging from the area.

We are always taking the snow shovel out there and knocking them all down. They tend to hang right above the car so we have to make sure that we keep them at bay because they could cause some expensive damage to the car, and to us if they broke loose while we were walking under them.

Default Re: Icicle Hazards

Please explain to me how icicles hazards is a major renovation
this is only a matter if the icicles have caused a major problem to the gutters and window of a home then that would be considered a major problem and that would have to be repaired in the spring Other than that this has no barring on the renovation process at all
