Default Great Renovation Ideas

I found these great ideas and thought it would be a good idea to share them with everyone.

There are some really beautiful things in this video that I would love to do to my home.

Maybe some day I will have the opportunity to do some of them if not all that I want to do.

I love the colors of the home shown here as well as the faucets, sinks, tub and shower.

Wonder if that is something that I would be able to do eventually.

What do you think of some of the things that you see in the video?

What stood out to me the most in the video is the kitchen. What a transformation. They did a wonderful job. I love the black. I love black in a kitchen. I would like to do something like that in my kitchen. Maybe one of these days... lol.

With house flipping making a comeback, more and more bidders are flocking to public auctions of foreclosed homes. It seems that house flipping is taking a big turn for the possitive. The biggest thing to keep in mind is updating things in your home.

Things like flooring,paint/wallpaper,faucets,kitchen,bathroom,and wiring.
Wtihout these things updated in an older home you will not get the return that you would probably love to see. These items make hugh differences in the overall value of the home.

There were alot of things that I loved in these renovations. Though one thing I did disagree with was the fact that they put these large screened tv just about everywhere.

I think that tv's should be kept in areas like the bedroom or living room and not in the kitchen. The kitchen is normally the heart of the house and where everyone should spend time dining and discussing their days.

At least that is how it has always been for me and my family, though other than that the renovations that they did are really amazing and there are alot of things that I would like to do to my home that would come close to what they have done or even match completely.

I must say, that a television in the kitchen is something I would never consider. Especially if there are children in the househole.

Dinner time is one of the few times that families can get together and it should be just that, family time. Time to talk and share.

The bedroom is another place that I always thought a television was not a good thing, but as I have gotten older, the tv being in my room is great. That way I can be comfortable as I watch television and not only that, older people have a lot of sleepless time.

Thanks for sharing the great video.
