I don't flip houses but I sure wouldn't mind hiring in this company to do all that work that needs done on my old man's house!!

He is one of a kind man I think, things will fall apart around him and he tends to let it go. Well that was before he met me. I am slowly but surely making him fix everything that needs to be taken care of. I don't know why he does that stuff but he does.
