Appliances or not??

Its funny this topic came up today, becuase Im actually putting applainces in a flip now. Im going with stainless steel fridge & stove. I figure the diswasher can just be black. I buy them gentley used so it looks like thousands in appliances but its only hundreds. I just polish the hell out of the steel. When its sitting next to granite folks assume its new. My take is use it as negotiation at very worst store it and save it for next flip and chalk it up to staging.
