A New Leak

I am almost going out of my mind here!! We are already dealing with the basement leaking water every time the snow melted or that it rained. Now we have a new problem and that is with the roof leaking now!!!


This is a new one. Though every time I hear the water drop into the bucket I also hear damage being done to the home and the dollar amount it is going to take to get it fixed!!

Something told me that the roof needed to be replaced, guess now we have proof that is sure does.

If it ain't one thing with this house it is a half dozen others. The subject came up that maybe it would be a better idea to get things fixed up on this place and update a few things and then find another place. Though that wouldn't work because there are still payments to be made on this sieve!!!
