Default Realtor.

The realtor that I am using to find houses is a nice guy. He takes the time to explain things.

He told me the other day that the bank had accepted another bid on the house we were looking to buy and that he didn't want us to be left up in the air about it.

He also was a little taken aback by some of the issues that we pointed out as we went through the house. I know that he is just there to show you the place and probably didn't even see it before that day.

This happens occasionally as you will want to see a piece of property that is held by another realty company but will have it shown to you by the one you called.

Ask questions if you have them and don't be afraid to give them your opinion. Sometimes they need this information to as they are new to this particular piece of property and it can benifit them if you aren't the one who buys it and they need to show it again.

Default Re: Realtor.

That is very important info.. A good Realtor will know the answers, if they don't then get a new one..LOL You have to be careful because some will lie to you it is sad to say but they do anything to sell a house.
