How do you go about having your home put on the MLA listing? I have seen many homes listed this way and think that it is a very useful selling tool.
I myself prefer the homes listed this way as I can get a look at them before I actually make an appointment to veiw the home.
Does it cost extra to have your home listed? Are there any special requirements to having your home listed this way?
Please let me know as I wish to use this tool when I am ready to sell my home. THANKS!

Any home that is listed with a real estate agent is going to go on the MLS and once it is listed there is it also listed on Realtor.com automatically. There is no upfront charge to have it listed on there as long as you are working with an agent. That agent gets paid (by the seller) at closing. The fees are negotiated on the front end.
Have you found an agent to work with yet?
