Default Lehman sues Japanese broker for $350 million
TOKYO - Lehman Brothers filed a lawsuit against major Japanese trading company Marubeni on Monday, demanding US$350 million in damages in an unfolding case of alleged massive fraud.

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is seeking to recoup funding it provided last year to a Japanese health care company. The U.S. bank says employees of Marubeni Corp. helped arrange the deal

Default Lehman sues Japanese broker for $350
What exactly did they do to cause this suit?
Is this another case of a company being used
by another company to make profits while messing
over the every day consumer? I am tired of seeing
these sorts of things occuring it is madding. Wouldn't
it be nice to see some honesty in todays business arena?
