Default Jared A Question For You

Close to where my sweetie lives there is a very nice piece of property where a house had burnt down years ago. The property isn't posted that it is for sale, though I do know someone who is very interested in the property and I was hoping that you would be able to tell me if hiring a realtor would be the way to go or not?

I am hoping that you will be able to give me some insight about this so that I can pass along the information.

Thanks a bunch!!

Hey there! In this situation I would recommend looking up your local tax site and finding the owner yourself, especially if it isn't listed. If your not comfortable with the asking price or the details with the transaction then I would contact a local Realtor. Hope that helps!

Yes it does help. Thanks a bunch for the information. I really didn't know what would be the best course of action for this situation, so at least now I can give her a starting point and she can take it from there.

Thanks again!!

Just an update here.

My friend did locate the owner of the property and is the works for buying it from the owner. Of course they are discussing the price and that may take a little bit of time, but I am guessing that soon enough they will find common ground here and she will get the property that she wants.

Thank you Jared, without your advice on this situation, she may have never been able to figure out what to do and how to go about doing it. Thanks a bunch. Sure are glad that we have you here with all of us!!!
