Default Home buyer who overpaid sues real estate agent

Home buyer who overpaid sues real estate agent
With housing boom going bust, will more purchasers follow suit?

Given the American obsession with litigation, it’s somewhat amazing that legal experts could not recall a case of a home buyer who may have overpaid suing a real estate agent before Marty Ummel came along.

This is a very infortunate problem. But I don't believe that the real estate agent will be found at fault. They could have done alittle more investigating on their own at the court house. Now I would want to have the home reapraised by a different appaiser to see if there is a big differences. Then perhaps follow through with that information.

That is very unfortunate I really can’t see it going far I don’t think that the real estate agent will be found at fault either as thohome stated. I guess time will tell and hopefully we will know the outcome of this story in the near future.

That is sad. I hate to see this kind of thing happening. It is the reason we have such a poor market somewhat. Doesn't seem like you can trust anyone anymore.
