Default Examples of Good and Bad Agents

Realtors can either be your worst enemy or your best friend when you are selling your home. Do a bit of research in this area to protect yourself from harm. Ask your friends and around your neighborhood about their experiences and go with a trusted agent.

Quote:
In a real estate agents' newsletter, an agent shared her secret for getting more listings. She said that when she sees a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) sign go up in a neighborhood, she immediately calls the number on the sign and tells the seller she has a client who isn't comfortable seeing the home without an agent.

Selling your home can be hard enough emotionally, without having to deal with an agent that doesn't care about how he/she gets the deal done. Having a good repoire with a trusted agent can make the sale much more comfortable for you as the seller.

That "bad agent" example is unreal. I have gotten to the point where I just don't like or trust realtors. I have worked with a lot of them in the past and there are only a few that I trust...

Unfortunately, as in any area of work, there are good workers and bad ones. But I was so lucky when I sold my dads house which was 100 miles away.

I was lucky enough to find a reliable, honest agent that took care of everything for me, in fact, he even offered to helps us move out what we were taking with us. Now thats a great agent.

Wink Examples of good and bad agents.

Glad to hear that you were able to find such a nice agent Flippinout. I have heard many people talk about the bad experiences they have had with realtors. With something as crucial as buying or selling a home, it really is important to do alot of research into which realtor to trust. If you dont think you can trust a realtor, then keep looking til you find one. Now finding one like Flippinout did, and wanting to help her move, that is a rare find.
