Default Dealing with mortgage lenders

Just like everything else in life there are is the good and the bad. Mortgage lenders are no different. There are some who will work for your trust and will work for you.

Then again there are some who will do just the opposite and work more or less against you.

If you are dealing with a mortgage lender know that if they arent working for you, then you should fire them, there is a lender out there who will be more than happy to work FOR you rather than against you!

Always keep in mind that you are the boss, not your mortgage lender.

Here are some tips on when you should fire your lender and find a better one.

Good post. What I never understood until recently is that not all lenders are the same. Right now I only know of 1 lender in town that can finance FHA at a credit score of 600. All of the other lenders have a 620 minimum. How weird is that?
