My friend bought and old building in a small town for a pretty cheap price considering.The building needed work but he did it all himself,putting all wood tables and chairs,as well as a solid wood bar,with wood floors.

He covered it all in polyurathane and let me tel you it turned out beautiful.He turned around and sold the building to a man who turned it into a bar and restraunt.

Folks from all over the town get to enjoy his work when they come to have a drink or to eat lunch or dinner.

We had a building in a small town near us that was bought and renovated and is now a bar and grill. This business is situated within a half block of the Courthouse and the ambiance is fantastic, the service quick and the prices for food are very reasonable.

Someone had the foresight to put a restaurant in in an area that would pick up the lunch customers from all the businesses that are in that 3 block area in that town. That alone should make for a very thriving business.

And kudos to the owners who have done such a fantastic renovation job.

When it comes to flipping most people don't even stop to think about a business of any kind. When the word flipping is mentioned the first thing to come to mind is a house.

I am glad that these people had the gumption to take these places and turn them around into something that would make a business owner happy as well as turn themselves a nice profit.
