Default The Power of Paint

Ya know, the power of paint is amazing. I don't know about you guys but over time my house becomes... I don't know the word, dull looking I guess. Inside and out. I think everyone's does. Overtime, the walls and ceilings become dirty and the outside of the house does too. It's simply just a lived in house. The simplest solution is a fresh coat of paint. It's not an expensive thing either.

My ceilings are worse than anything right now need freshened up. I think a lot of my problem is that we use a wood furnace in the winter time and no matter how good of a setup you have soot always makes it's way through. That part stinks but the heat is great.

My walls aren't too bad but I plan to do them as well while I am at it. The weather should be turning warmer and the time will be perfect to get it all done.

It's amazing what a difference just a coat of paint can make to a room.

Default Re: The Power of Paint

Paint is a great change up for any house. I know that as soon as the weather clears up I am going to have a bunch of painting to do and the list is growing. I need to get the porch painted and then I am going to brighten up the ceilings in the house because they are painted a creme color and it is just to dark in there with the wood paneling that is on the walls. So I am going to paint them white to make it look better.

Also I was just asked if I would also paint the upper deck and the pool deck at my sweeties parents place because it is getting to hard for them to do it. They just want it painted with a sealer and something to make it look good. That alone is going to take me a couple of days to do.

I have my work cut out for me when it does warm up. I am going to have a bunch of painting to do!! I hope that your painting projects go smooth, quick and easily for you as well!!
