Default The Importance of Home Inspections

I cannot stress enough, and I am sure our in-house house flippers would agree, how important it is to have a home inspection completed before you commit to buy any property.

A home inspection and appraisals are two very different things.

An appraisal is for the lender. Appraisals determine fair market value of a house. An inspection will tell you of any problems that exist or may exist in the future with the structure, foundation, roof and mechanical systems among other things.

Here is a good quote for you: "For your protection, get a home inspection."

It is for your protection. You don't want to purchase a money pit and odds are that you may if you don't have a home inspection completed first.
