Luxurious Bathrooms

I wish I had a better bathroom in my house and I know that no one has ever passed up on a house because the bathroom was too luxurious! So the bathroom is a great place to put in a little extra effort to get more value from the house and get it sold.



If you can provide some natural light into your bathroom thats a real plus with buyers. Mother nature rocks thats for sure. If you can, add a skylight. It will make the space more comfortable and luxurious adding ambiance.

Putting in a more luxurious showerhead is another big plus. After a long days work a shower hits the spot and if buyers can see themselves being able to wash away the day in the shower thats a plus.

Make sure you accessorize the bathroom before you show the house. Put in some fluffly bathtowels and plush bathroom rugs.

Oh I seriously wish the bathroom here was that large and luxurious!! Course we are getting ready to renovate it, but still it won't be anything near as grand as the picture or even close to it!! Though I will say it sure would be nice to have a bathroom like this.

Ya I know what you mean. My bathroom is tiny. We have just enough room in there for the essentials and thats all. I really wish we could expand it but thats not in the budget!

I would love to have a large bathroom where I could relax in the tub and just enjoy it.

i would love to have a bigger bathroom, mine is pretty average size, but I would not need nothing that big, too much to keep up with.
