The latest home improvement trends and buyer must have seems to be saunas.

You get pretty good bang for your buck when adding a sauna to the property.

There are lots of designs and styles to choose from and location is up for grabs too. You can make room in the basement, add one in the bathroom, put it in the back yard.. whatever. People just want one.



I love the barrel style. I think it would look perfect in the backyard area in a more rustic location. It would be perfect at my house.

I honestly thought people would want a hot tub rather than a sauna. Though I guess I was wrong on that point. Personally I know I would want a hot tub rather than a sauna, but that is just my personal opinion.

I do however like the looks of the barrel sauna. That does look really cool. I don't have the space, need or want for a sauna, but I guess there are many people who do enjoy them.
