Granite or Concrete Counters

When you all are flipping a house which do you prefer to use in the kitchen as countertops?

I know that Granite seems to be what everyone is crazy about in the kitchens right now and I agree they are beautiful but also so are some of the concrete counters as well.







I know there are many more choices than just these two but they are nice examples. Personally I think I would rather have the concrete countertops in my kitchen because they are a serious savings. However I am curious to know what you all mostly use when your flipping a house and have to replace the countertops.
