Default Get to know the real estate you are purchasing.

Take the time to really get to know the property that you are purchasing. I hate to make a snap decision on anything.

If you go out and purchase say a pair of boots you take the time to try them on and maybe even walk around in them a bit.

The same thing can be said about a house. Checking it out and seeing how it feels is really important. A home even purchased as a potential flip should be examined thoroughly.

After all it is a big investment and it should yeild you a decent return. Walk around and think if I suddenly had no where to live would I live here. Is it going to cost to much to repair. No one wants to buy a lemon unless they can make lemonade.
