I'm in total agreement with 4 of your 5.The only one that that there is uncertainty on my part at least is your #3 The real estate market bubble is about to burst.

I've been hearing about this one more and more these days and really woud like to believe it's not so but who can be certain with articles like this going around on a daily basis.

So I guess my question to you or other forum members is why you feel there isn't some truth to it?

BTW I don't want it to be even remotely true but don't want to be blind to what some are reporting.Just trying to keep it real.
I'm seeing more and more forecloseures out there.
