Default Finding the Right Property

Finding the right property to flip can make or break your project.

When you are looking at properties to buy and flip there are lots of things to consider.

One thing that is very important is the location. For example, a three bedroom house in the middle of a retirement community probably isn't going to be a good choice. A one bedroom home in a retirement community works. Just like it would be harder to sell a one bedroom in a family oriented neghborhood.

A house that is close to a lot of traffic or train tracks is also harder to sell. Location is key and it also depends on what sort of buyers you are trying to attract.

Also you need to look at what it will take to get the house sellable. Will you be able to profit after the repairs? Will you still profit if the house sits on the market for a couple of months?

There are lots of things to think about.
