The first one was the best,you can fall in love with a home very fast when you are fixing them up.You tend to do things that you would like and end up putting too much time and money into your project.

My friends change homes about every five years,they buy one and fix it and live in it while doing the work and then turn around and sell it in five years.They seem to be doing very well doing this.

Thier main rule is not to fall in love with the home until they finally find the one they relly want and then they will keep it and still buy more homes to fix up.
