Default Plant Trees for Shade and Wind

Who doesn't like a good shade tree? I have a nice shade tree in my front yard that I love. It offers some privacy and also provides shade for my house reducing my cost to keep the house cool and also it helps block some wind in the winter months helping me keep my heating costs down.

It offers a nice place to go out and relax in the evenings which is something that most people enjoy.

Plant some shade trees along your flip, they will appeal to buyers.

They will see it as a place for them to relax and enjoy.

Also point out to them that it will help with the heating and cooling costs.
