Smile Making your own Solar Panels

With items purchased from any hardware store, you can build your own solar panel which can save you 80% on your electric bill. Adding more solar panels can actually enable you to save even more, or even sell your excess electricity to your local power company.

To build a solar panel, you need to make solar cells, then connect them in a sweries and also connect the solar panels to each other.

The panels then should be connected to a battery and an inverter that converts the solar energy into electricity for home use.

You can buy detailed, step by step instructions on building solar panels for about $200, a huge savings over the $3,000 that it costs for a ready made panel.

This would be a great way to save some money and they aren't that expensive to build from all that I read. I'm going to check on these a bit further soon - I'm trying to figure out if there is another way to do them that wouldn't require using a battery - I'm thinking that there should be a way to simply change the solar power to electricity and then power up a home. It's a thought anyway, lol.
