Default Go green all year long.

I just came across an ad for a lawnmower that is supposed to help you go green. It is powered by electricity. What is the problem with that you may ask? Well, to make electricity, fossil fuels etc are needed, so how do we go even greener than this electric lawnmower?

Go back to the regular push mowers of years ago. They are man powered and the exercise of pushing one of these mowers will keep us all much more heart healthy plus help save the environment. You may have to rake the lawn after you mow, but again, its good excerise.

In the winter time, I see neighbors out with their snow blowers which are gasoline powered. Instead, get out those shovels and brooms and make cleaning the driveway and sidewalks a family project. Again good exercise plus a good snow ball fight makes for a lot of fun for all concerned.

By going back to some of the so called "old fashioned" way of doing things, we can help save our environment, plus keep ourselves much healthier.

LOL Good advive there flippin. Where I live there is not much snow, if there is everything shuts down..lol.. I have alot and I mean a lot of leaves. I use and electric blower though, I am no good at raking, since surgery. But I love your idea of going back to doing things old fashioned way. We have all gotten to lazy!
