Global Warming A Hoax?

This is a video that was sent to me by a friend of mine. Our family has always taken every precaution to lessen the amount of pollution that we add to our planet as well as conserving fuel, water and other utilities.

I am not saying that this video is true or that it isnt. That is for everyone to decide on their own, but I will say that it isnt often that you hear someone opposing the idea of global warming.

So because of that I thought I should post this bit of information for all of us to read.

It is an intresting video to see and hear. Reguardless of it all, our family will continue to do what we can to conserve and reduce the pollution that we add to the planet.

It would be nice to think that global warming wasnt a problem, though I cant say with 100% accuracy that its a hoax either. It would be nice to know that we arent killing our planet as well as the wild life all around us.

I just dont want to take any chances, I want my children and future generations to enjoy the polar bears, eagles and so on. With out them being raised in some zoo some where.

Very interesting video!! I have always thought that we the people are destroying the ozone layer with all the polution we are putting in the air.

Then again you can think about it, that is a big sky of miles and miles. I do not think there is anyway to really know the answer to this. But if we keep building and cutting down trees we are killing ourselves, as well as the ozone.

True scientists (as opposed to political ones, as in the global warming case) have been saying for years global warming is a hoax; I believe it's just a billions dollar industry that is trying to hang on tooth and nail now.

It reminds me exactly of the children's story 'The Emperor's New Clothes'. No one wanted to admit they didn't see the emperor's new clothes so the emperor wandered around naked. They were all too scared to stand up and say 'no, I DON'T see his new clothes'. Same thing here.

Doesn't mean we shouldn't still be thinking green; we just don't need to pay them billions of dollars to be lied to and scammed.

No, I DON'T see his new clothes. I DON'T believe in global warming; at least any more than is normal and shows in historical data. Get a grip people.

It is my opinion that what we are doing to our Earth cannot be good. We see the effects that our pollution has on our own bodies everyday with cancer as one example. I believe that the same thing is happening to our planet and the skies all around us. But who knows if I am right. Who knows who is right about anything. We just have our own gut feelings to go by.

There was a bit about global warming on my local news channel. Here is some of what was said on the topic.

Beijing has had the coldest morning they've seen in forty years and the most snowfall they've seen since 1951. Britain is dealing with the lowest temperatures they've had since 1981 and Orange Groves in Florida are freezing. Knowing that, how can scientists say that we are experiencing global warming?

Experts say that this cold weather doesn't dispell that global warming is happening. They say it is normal to have some record lows despite global warming. They say that we will always have record setting lows, just fewer and fewer of them.

Some scientists also say that our Man-made climate changes have the potential to cause more severe and more frequent extremes such as with the heat, storms, droughts, floods, cold and blizzards.

They say that the year 2009 will rank one of ten of the warmest years since 1880.

Interesting to say the least. Something to ponder.

I personally cant say if it is a hoax or not. All that I know is that I would rather help and do my part to make sure that for the future generations on this planet that everyone will be able to enjoy forrests, animals and plants.

We will recycle and so on, though the information that I have been hearing more and more of from both sides of the global warming issue, does give us all something to really think about and to consider.

Here is something that I was wondering if anyone else had noticed in as well reguarding bills. There was a big issue about everyone changing their appliances, lightbulbs and other items in homes to more energy efficient items to help save on electricity...right?? We were one of the many homes that did this. We replaced our refrigerator, stove, dish washer, washer and dryer as well as our lightbulbs. We thought that this would actually have an effect on our electricity bill. WRONG. We actually noticed that the electric bill had increased!!! Granted we wanted to up date our appliances anyway and took advantage of the discounts we recieved for the energy effecient ones while we had the chance.

All of these appliances and things did in fact reduce the amount of electricty our home used per month, though this meant that the electricity company was no longer bringing in the money that they normally did and so to make up the difference they increased the cost of the electric!! So in the end we did as we were supposed to and it only ended up costing us alot more in the end...Has anyone else noticed this problem as well??

Call me crazy if you like, but what I dont get is what was going on during the ice age when there was nothing but ice and glaciers covering the earth.

They disappeared. And from what? Perhaps Global Warming? That would be my assessment of what happened. And if the disappearance of the glaciers etc was caused by Global Warming, what caused the Global Warming at the time that there were no cars, no fossil fuels in use? Nothing was going on back then that we have today that is supposed to be causing Global Warming.

What we are having now, in my opinion, is just a cycle that the earth has been through before, probably several times.

So, is Global Warming just another money making scheme. We will never know for sure.

I am thinking more and more that it is all a hoax. Just another reason for politicians to take money out of our pockets and say its to help save the planet.

The changes that we have been seeing in the weather is just something that has happened many times over and over again and will continue to do til the actual end of the world.

Now as for things like us cutting down the trees and killing off endangered species...well that is something that we are doing and need to get a handle on.

Here!! Here!! homealone!!! If they thought as much about saving the rain forest and the animals and such, and not so much on this so called global warming, things would be alot better.

The government tries to scare us over anything they want. They are the ones in control and tell us just what they want us to hear. Then need to think about the end of time and what trying to take GOD out of country and state. If this keeps on God will have to apologize to Sadom and Gamora!!
