Jennifer Aniston's $42 Mil Los Angelos Home For Sale

Back in 2006 Jennifer Aniston bought the mansion in Los Angelos that sits on an acre of land in the hills just above Sunset Blvd. She purchased it for $13.5 million dollars.

I guess the house needed a lot of work done and so she hired architect Hal Levitt. The mansion was practically gutted and completely redone.



The mansion has five bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a pool and a Japanese spa.

Well now Jennifer is planning to relocate in New York so the mansion is up for sale for $42 million.

Now that is one pretty home but 8 and a half bathrooms? Thats a bit many for any home. You would expect that many bathrooms in the Queens palace.

I could see that many bathrooms being a great thing if you had many many kids, but other than that reason, thats a lot of bathrooms for anyone.

With a home that size, you would definitely need day help just to keep up with the cleaning.
