Default The yard can sabotage a homes sale.

What with everyone being so busy and on the move constantly these days, no one has the time to do a lot of yard work, so keeping it to a minimum would have the optimal effect on a possible sale.

Plus the fact, that the interest generated from the street, can be just the thing to bring the potential buyer into the house itself for a look see.

If the yard is not conducive to making people curious, they wont even get out of the car, let alone take the time to take a tour of the house.

Keeping the yard clean and simple to take care of will be the deciding factor of people taking the time to go inside.
