Default Rock gardens

Putting in a rock garden can really give a nice look to your yard, I once had a neighbor, who put one around is little pond, he used them colored larger rocks, it really gave his small yard a nice look.

Before putting one in you can dig up the grass in the spot you are putting it that way it will not grow up threw the rocks, then you will have to keep pulling the grass out all summer, so it is best to remove it first.

What type of rock you use is all up to you, and what look you are going for,so happy gardening to all of you, myself I put large rocks around my flower gardens for separation, and just a pretty look.

Rock gardens can add a great perspective to a yard. I particularly think that it can turn an eyesore in a great space. Implementing this can be a little work, but I think in the long run it will pay off.

Hello there lokup and welcome to our forum. We are always glad to have new members join us.

You are both right, rock gardens can add areas of interest to an other wise boring yard.

With a focal point in the center of the yard, it can be a great addition, even though it does entail a bit of work to get the job done.
