Landscaped vs not landscaped.

Landscaping, to me, is a very important part of a home. I have seen many homes lately that are just beautiful, but dont have one bit of landscaping done, and that just seems to detract from the home.

If I were in the market to buy a home, I would be very inclined to skip the properties that havent been landscaped. These properties are just too plain looking.

I have seen homes that were so very tastfully landscaped and was so very impressed with the results.

If the home doesnt grab me on the outside, I just wont bother taking the time to go inside. Mostly because I get the feeling that if the outside of the home isnt "finished", that the likelihood that the inside isnt would be higher.
