Default Garden pathway.

I happened to be watching television last night. I saw a gardening
show that was totally redoing a backyard to look like a park. I liked
what they did with the walkway.

It started out as a very short walk that was extended about twenty
feet. It was a standard concrete sidewalk but they made it special.
After the concrete had sat for a while the took leaves from different
trees and other plants and laid them stem ridge down on the concrete.

After placing them they took a trowel and smoothed them into the concrete. When the concrete had set completely they sprayed them
off and the imprints were left behind.

As a finishing touch the gentleman took a green tinted acid and sprayed
down the walkway. It gave it a nice rustic kind of look. I thought that the
leaves made the walk unique. I love to see such creative things.
