Default Fall Gardens

As soon as Spring arrives, we all get bitten by the flower planting bug. Don't forget though that there are flowers you can plant for the Fall that will add beauty to the already colorful foilage of the trees.

Fall-time gardens can be the least expensive of all because you can purchase the flowers much cheaper at the end of season than you can at the beginning.

When homeowners contemplate incorporating fall colors in their landscaping, they normally think of trees or shrubs that bear colorful leaves in the fall. But do not forget about planting fall flowers! Everyone gets the flower planting bug in spring. But fall flower planting is the mark of the true landscaping enthusiast, who begrudges not even tender annuals such as marigolds a spot on the fall landscape.

Flower gardens are beautiful no matter what time of year. Many of the plants mentioned are easy to plant and care for. If you are able to plant in August, you could be enjoying the blooms into November in many areas.

Default Fall gardens

Fall gardens full of color are a must in any area that has snow and cold temps in the winter time. Enjoying color up to the first killing frost is a must. Winter and the gloomy look outdoors can be put off till the very last minute if you have lots of color surrounding you outdoors.

Marigolds are a hardy flower and can be planted from seeds in most cases, very early in the spring when the ground is first thawed enough to dig in and will last up till the very first killer frost.

There are many options out there, flower wise, to keep lots of color in your yard till the very last moment before winter sets in.

We all need to hold onto the beauty of flowers as long as possible to help keep us going through the dreary winter weather. I would love to see flowers that would last during winter weather, Though getting them to last as long as possible really helps.
After the frost kills off my plants I begin planning on what I want to plant the next year. This way as soon as I can my plants are all planted and all I have to do is wait til they bloom.
