Default Easy to grow shrubs and trees

1. Viburnum, it is a shrub that has a large selection of native North American varieties available. The Height is 2 to 30 feet with many 4 to 6 ft. range, they have flowers and fruit

2. Oregon Grapeholly , this is a shrub that will provide a shelter for the birds, It grows 4 to 6 feet tall, it has yellow flowers in the winter or in early spring which are followed by clusters of many tiny berries.

3. Spicebush , a shrub that birds, and butterflies love, this will grow to 5 feet tall. It has pale yellow flowers in spring with red or orange berries in late summer or in the fall.

4.Flowering Crabapple , this one grows 15 to 25 feet, this is a tree that blooms in pink, white or red flowers in spring.

5. Colorado Blue Spruce, every yard needs an evergreen for birds and this is a beneficial tree to plant. The tree is a beautiful addition to any landscape and adds a silvery blue evergreen needles that are a great accompaniment for so many plants that we already have.

I have 2 of these flowering crabapple trees in my back yard and I just love them. They are so pretty in the spring time when the trees are in bloom.

The only thing I dont like about them is the fact that they tend to attract bag worms so I keep pretty close check on the trees to prevent any damage.
