Default Where are all the flipping shows?

I have to admit that I don't spend alot of time watching television.
When I do however all I see are fix it up programs.

There are some infomercials on about buying real estate and some
commercials highlighting forclosed homes for cheap. I don't trust
these and have yet to call the indicated phone number.

Where do you all find the shows that highlight house flipping.
I am sure that they provide information on what to do or not
to do. Let me know where to find the best ones if you can.

No infomercial or house flipping show is going to show you the reality of this game.

They really don't teach you much about the hows of house flipping. They make it look much easier than it actually is and really don't show much of the process at all. If you have specific questions, post them here and we can get answers for you. Especially Jared, he fields all of questions for us. He is good at what he does and won't steer ya wrong!

As far as where the shows are, I watch them from time to time on HGTV.

HGTV - you can get some ideas from it. But - a lot of stuff I watch there makes my hair stand on end and shows me what not to do.

I have benefitted from shows about staging, that seems to be a science of it's own. I do believe it does influence sales price disproportionately, a lot of people buy on the basis of their feelings and not their brain. So, staging can give you a huge advantage for little effort. Long as you know what you are doing.

There is a spacial aspect - correct placement of the correctly sized furniture can increase the perceived amount of space and at the same time make the place look warm.

Well Jared yes but I am banking some money first. We are in the middle of a career change for my husband. He will be making more money and we are going to clear up some credit issues.
When we are comfortable with our progress I will be looking to make our first purchase. I will keep you updated.
