In a struggling market, there is still some hope. I found this article and thought someone would be intersted in it. I wasn’t very familiar with short sell requests but it is a good idea.

Another interesting article. Hopefully this whole real estate problem can be corrected soon. There are so many families finding themselves wanting when it comes to foreclosures and it is a sad situation.

I hope something can be done. It has really started to hit people hard around here. Two of my neighbors are already being foreclosed on and this morning the newspaper had a full page of them.
