Post Searching the web effectively.

I ran across this today and thought that you all might
be able to use these tips. Navigating the real estate
listings on the internet can be very difficult at times.

Quote:
With the worst housing slump in a generation slashing home prices across the country, the dynamics of the market have shifted squarely in favor of buyers. And as the real estate industry grows increasingly Web-savvy, house hunters can now scour through neighborhoods, inspect front porches, and even peek inside bedrooms from the comfort of their desktops. But while this surge of new information can help you find that perfect home, it can also--at times--make the whole process overwhelming. Here are six ways to ensure that your online real estate search is as efficient and effective as possible.

Take a look and see what you think. I hate to waste time when I am
doing searches. I think these tips will help cut my time in half at least.

Thank you for the post. Anything that can cut down on research time is valuable to us who research things, be it real estate or whatever.

Much valuable time is put into doing research and the more effective we can be in the least amount of time is wonderful.

Great post badmomma! Some of those sites I had never even heard of. I also agree that there is nothing as frustrating as searching through site after site to find exactly what you are looking for. I don't have enough time to sit there and do that and will ultimately just give up looking.

I have got a great ebook from a friend that has a ton of websites that are related somehow to real estate investing. It is too big for this forum but let me know if you want it I can email it to you.

Thank you so much, Jared, for the offer. I will definitely keep this in mind.

All the help we can all give each other is so appreciated and can save us all so much time when doing research on any given subject.
