According to veteren house flipper Greg Toussieng, now is a prime time for house flipping.

The market has been flooded with houses that show wear and tear but that are completely fixable with minimal work and money investment. They make for the perfect house flipping recipe.

"Big time. Yea, there's investors like myself," House Flipper Greg Toussieng said. "We're flipping a lot of houses."

Toussieng is an investor whose is always looking for a house to flip and says he wants properties that need work.

Many of the veteren flippers are getting between 20% and 25% profits from their flips. That can be a lot of money!
