There are so many homes in my area right now, that are being sold that doing research beforehand is the only way to sell. There are many homes that have 'reduced' on the signs that tells me that these homes are not being sold for the original asking prices, the prices have to come down, or they will just sit there waiting for a miracle to happen in the housing market.
We must find ways to improve the odds to sell.
