Does the man not realize that there are very few people in the US today that make above minimum wage, or for that matter even have jobs these days. Doesnt he realize that there are very few people that make over a $100,000 a year in income.

Where, pray tell, does this man think we are to come up with this kind of money?

I think a heck of a lot more time and effort should be put into creating good paying jobs so that we can all live the "American Dream" that sure has seemed to fall by the way side.
