New house starts on the rise.

New housing starts in November rose 8.9%. This was after a large slump during the previous month.

This is the biggest jump for housing starts since this past May. There was a 10.1% drop in housing starts in October.

One family unit starts jumped 2.1 percent while large apartment units jumped by 67.3%.
