There are many homes for sale in the larger town in our county. Alot of them are foreclosures and this is quite scary. I hate to see so many people loosing their homes.

For buyers however this may be a great time to buy homes. There are many to choose from and most will be sold for less than they are worth. House flipping may seem foolish to some but if you can buy a home for what is left of the mortgage or for the taxes that are owed on the property you are going to be getting a deal in most cases.

It may not always be wise to sell them right away but if you take the time to gauge the market and do your homework you can and will come out on top. Many of these homes are in great conditon and will only need minor repairs or some updating. You couldn't miss if you get one of those and sell it.
