House Flipping today.

I havent seen anyone on here update their flips and I was just wondering how they were going. Have you finished them up yet?

And if you have, have you sold the house yet and did you get the price you were asking for the home? Also, how long did it take to do the sale once the house was finished?

I am asking because I am wondering if now is a good time to do any flipping. Could you all please update your flips and the outcome?

I haven't done any flipping. I'm a scaredy cat lol. I just think that it's too much of a buyer's market right now. It's hard to find property that you can make the necessary upgrades to and still come out with a decent profit. People are doing just that though quite successfully. They are quite knowlegable in house flipping though. They know how to work it even during this buyers market.
