Default House Flipping Scheme

Three guys from Sacramento, California have been indicted by a Federal grand Jury for a house flipping sheme that they allegedly operated in the Sacramento area.

The men involved are Lawrence Davis, 26, Joel Clark, 27 and Eric Mortenson, 28. Mr. Davis is a real estate agent, Mr. Mortenson is a loan officer with All State Home Loans and Mr. Clark was Mr. Davis’s associate.

The indictment alleges that Mr. Davis, a real estate agent, and Mr. Mortenson, a loan officer with All State Home Loans, worked as a team assisting clients in buying houses and obtaining mortgage loans through a real estate sales office in Sacramento.
Mr. Clark was Mr. Davis’s associate who assisted in running paperwork and showing homes to prospective buyers.

I certainly don't see a way out for these guys. They are in hot water for sure. People like them just give house flipping a bad name.

Default Re: House Flipping Scheme

Because of morons like these three many people fear attempting to get into house flipping because it is hard to figure out if something is a scam or not.

Not to mention the fact that just about every time you pick up a newspaper or turn on the news you are hearing about someone scamming people some how some where. Its horrible. No wonder people find it extremely difficult to trust others anymore.

It is all because of jackasses like these three men. Now these people who they managed to scam are left to pick up the pieces. This just really aggravates me to no end.

I really wish that there was a way that these three men as well as all those who get caught running scams were forced to pay back every penny that they scammed someone out of. If that were to happen then just maybe scam artists would think twice about what they are doing or attempting to do.
