Default Heres a house for you flippers.

The house is located in New York, and is a Dutch Colonial home with 5 bedrooms. And goes for $1.15M.

But I dont think you would want to try to flip this particular house unless you call Ghost Busters first.

This house was the star in the 1979 movie " The Amityville Horror".

That sounds really cool and to the right person the house would be worth a small fortune.

I like to stick with houses that could use a good clean up and some superficial touch up work.Usually of the forclosure list so that it can be purchased for a cheap price.

Repair the house and fix up the yard, make it feel very inviting, and put it up for sell for at least double what I paid for it.

That is a good flip to me,don't you think so.

Now that would be a cool house to own. Though of course I don't have the money for it and I would rather not live in New York.

I imagine that who ever purchases this house is going to love it. It was a beautiful home in the movies and I am sure that after the movie that house has seriously been updated.

To hell with that house!!!! It's NOT for me!!! I'd be so scared I would have to wear Depends because I would be constantly peeing my pants!!! I don't do scary well! I don't watch scary movies, I don't read scary books. Nope, no way!!!

Rofl. Cant help but laugh at your reaction. Sorry. But I do understand what you are saying, that would be one scary house to try to live in after watching the movie which I did.

Its not a house for me either. I wouldnt even buy it to begin with even if I could sell it for double the amount. Too much stigma connected with it.

My husband was watching some show last night on television. I heard the woman say something about a month after she had moved into this house she started to see ghost cats. I said that enough for me, flip the channel! I am suprised that I didn't have nightmares about cats last night!
